EFS Indy came about with the idea of delivering a complete 24/7 health and fitness approach instead of just showing up to a “workout.” Our customer first mindset allows our coaches to deliver the best customer service each and every day, not just during your paid session time. We aim to eliminate objections, excuses, or reasons on why someone might not be successful with their health and fitness. We are a personal training service that focuses on fitness and lifestyle.
